At Edikted, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached. Please note that certain items, such as final sale products and intimates, are not eligible for return due to hygiene and clearance regulations.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label or a QR code for a printer-less drop-off experience at designated locations.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; you will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
